Rough country fog light wiring

For connection the wiring, there are white, black and blue, does anyone know which are hot wire? I guess blue will be for amber light, thanks in advance.

White hot, black negative, blue should be your backlighting.

Hey did you ever get these hooked up?
I have them now. How did you connect the amber lights? I have the regular fog light connected the upfitter switch figured out, but how about the amber lights?
I want them on with the rest of the parking/marker lights.
