rocker stripe opinions

Going to go with satin black flares when the weather warms up enough to plastidip them. Considering adding a black vinyl rocker stripe to tie all the black together.

Not tied to anything, just playing with options on a boring Sat morning

I would plastidip a stripe on the rocker and see what you think. If you like it go for it.

I plastidipped my flares to see if I liked it. I do, but all the dip is ripping off. Doesn't hold up to all the crap that the tires throw up.

Yeah I thought about the durability aspect, but thought it would be an economic way to see if I liked it before dropping cash on paint

I like that look on black trucks. I think it is too much black on other colors. That is why I am thinking of the racing stripe look. Probably a 1/4" stripe on each side of a 2" stripe.
