up to you. A few of us are going up Thursday night. Most show up Friday AM.
As for leaving most of us are out in the afternoon Sunday but you could stay to Monday AM if you wanted.

How close is the camp site to Fallon Naval station?

15 min drive to hotel or less. There is a motel 6 about 9 min from the main camp

Yes camper place will deliver and pick up for a fee of course. 10% off is what they will give and best I could get with out knowing how many will use their service.
