Rigid Dually XL Mounting Options

Entertaining the idea of getting some more lights (never a bad idea right?) that I will mount just below the windshield. I see a ton of Vision X light cannons mounted there along with Rigid Duallys, but I was curious if anyone had seen any of the Dually XLs mounted there. I think the light cannons look really good there but I am a bit of a Rigid loyalist so I was going to see if anyone had any photos or info before making a purchase.

I have a set of XL's that I bought to fit behind my Rogue bumper. They don't fit so now I am in a situation to find out where else to mount them. I woke up today wondering how they would look hood mounted. If someone can point me in the direction of who sells the hood mounts for the XL I'll give it a try and post pics.

Looked on Rigid's web site and they don't show a hood mount bracket nor do they show ANY pictures in the picture gallery of ANY truck with hood mount lights.

Is hood mount lights a bad idea?
