I'd estimate it would take about an hour to install assuming the right tools are on hand (sharp razor knife, cordless drill with Star Bits and an awl is probably all that's needed).The tailgate fit is great and the tailgate piece connects to the rest of the unit with a long zipper that covers the gap between the tailgate and the bed so it should keep the bed contents cleaner too.[ATTACH=full]177806[/ATTACH]The screws on the tailgate are removed as the tailgate piece has holes for each screw. Once the screws are removed the extra length of material on the tailgate piece gets wrapped over the tailgate plastic liner and then the screws go through the Bedrug tailgate piece, through the tailgate plastic liner underneath it and through the Bedrug material wrapped over. This secures the Bedrug tailgate material and it looks clean and tight. I'm quite impressed with the quality of this product and I like it a whole lot more than spray in liner or a drop in bed liner for my needs.[ATTACH=full]177807[/ATTACH]The tailgate piece even came with a cutout for the Tail Gate Step handle so the only cutting that has to be done is for the four tie down loops (if you cut it cleanly the loops will pop right through and you can't see the cuts), the drain tubes for the Bakflip and the holes for the Bed Extender.[ATTACH=full]177808[/ATTACH]</blockquote>
