Retrofit led problem

Is there an easy fix for this? Read that there wasn't a warranty on it so should I just sell them and go a different company with a warranty or what?

Gotta crack those badboys open and swap out that ring. The capacitor could be bad, but I doubt it. Who built em for you? They'll probably hook you up on the repair. Probably an hour worth of work.
