Replacing speaker in factory subwoofer

Is there any value in replacing the speaker inside the factory subwoofer enclosure (Sony 700W)? Yeah, I realize a new amp is the way to go, but short of that, would replacing the speaker improve anything? Just got an email on some nice pioneer flat speakers and was wondering...

No point in doing it. Not much power pushing it and the enclosure is so small u dont get enough air space
