Removing Hood Vents

Need someone to post pics or a link to a video of this.
I suck at Poping things off and I'm sure I will break something
But can someone tell me how to take it off after I take off the heat shield.
And can I but these clips at an auto parts store if I break them??

they are bolted on. open your hood and look under the insultaion

I enlarged the heat extractors when I installed LED's under the vents. I didn't break the clips, but there are super thin washers on each clip. The washers are split and most/all will come off. My solution was to just remove the washers and use gasket maker. Those things aren't going anywhere.
