I would suggest having an extra person there to help hold the new bumper. For the 4 bolts to hold the bumper to the OEM frame 3 out of 4 holes linded up on my ADD Stealth Fighter bumper. We did drill out the 4th hole that did not line up which was no big deal.Here are the hood latch brackets for the ADD bumpers. They are nothing too special and no if you did not request for them to be sent you are not going to get them.</blockquote>
