FYI ... manufactures all say that. I had a Bak cover for a gen1 and installed it on a gen2 and it fit perfectly. My bet is that it will fit.

The width of the rails is 65 1/8” the rail length is 66 3/4”.

You think so? I have an G2 on there now, was on the truck when I got it.

Check and see how those outside dimensions would fit on your bed. The width should be a half inch or more onto your side rails and the length should be from the inside edge of the front of the bed to somewhere on your tailgate.

If you take pictures of the tape measure going both ways and then I can probably help with deciding if it’ll fit or not.
