Has anyone redone the factory seats? Ive been thinking about this to make them look better and a little more comfortable on longer trips

By Re-done for more comfort what are you thinking? Skiving foam off the pad or having firmer foam glued in place?

To be honest, your only reliable / predictable thing you can do is replace the trim covers. You get what you pay for with those.

Modifying foam is not something you really want to get into, very very hard to predict comfort and comfort changes.

Man I love my seats! I think they are the most comfortable seats I've ever had in any of my trucks!

they aren't bad seats, just looking to do something different to set mine apart and to give the inside a different look

The Raptor has some of the most comfortable and supportive seats in a stock vehicle I've been in.

If you want to differentiate your seats get together with a leather craftsman and have him suggest some ideas for new seat covers. :smiley-face-popcorn
