Recon side mirror lens confusion

Sorry if this is in the wrong place to ask this question, new here so still trying to figure it out. Lol
My girlfriend bought me these 2 products from recon and I'm confused on what exactly they are. Recon didn't include any instructions.
My best guess is that these products are for the same orange reflector on the outside of the mirror and she got me two versions of the same lens replacements. but why is there 2 seperate covers in each box ( 1 set gloss and 1 set flat plastic color) So I guess my question is what's the difference in the 2 products and which one is best.

It looks like one is just a black out insert and the other one is a black out with led lights to convert to turn signals. How much do you want for the ones with the wires hanging out?

Yeah that's what I was thinking, but then I was confused on why there was 2 sets per box. I want to keep the one that has LED's. Does anyone know the instructions on how to install them ?

Not sure on how you wire them up. But definitely would like to see them in action after you install them.

the difference in the Non wired recon replacement and the factory orange reflector...

Both non wired replacements installed

I plan on having the wired LED Recon running lights version of the replacements installed as soon as I get my illuminated SVT vent installed ( whenever those come in) does anyone have any experience with the wired LED side mirror lens ? I don't know if I trust my guy doing the job without any tips from you guys lol

Here's how they look lit. I wired them into the blinker that is installed in the mirror. Just 2 wires to tap into.

Now are yours running lights or just turn signals?
