I have used aftermarket CSF radiators for years on my track cars with absolutely no issues. They do what they claim and last a long time at a great price. Now if I was trying to build a Baja runner perhaps there would be something better out there? Haven't gone into that rabbit hole yet as the truck is my daily for now.
