Hey guys I hope this is the right place. I picked up my fully loaded 2013 SCREW a week ago and figured I should join a forum. The more I drive it, the more I love it. Here are a few pictures!! Let me know what y’all think!! Any mods I should do instantly do to the truck? Anything I should look out for? I’m a first time owner of a ford truck!

Hey man. Congrats and welcome to the forums. You are indeed in the right place.

As for the truck, I'm more familiar with Gen 2s but I'm sure you will get lots of feedback and there is a search function if you are looking for anything in particular. You can really go down the rabbit hole in terms of spending with these trucks so be careful!

Welcome! Congrats and nice looking truck. Seems like it has some mods done already, paint work and lights.

Many will chime in to assist. I’d drive it a while and see what you may want to upgrade. Enjoy

Things to start with. check if the shocks are original or have been rebuilt. Also check to see if fuse 27 relocation has been done.
Fun and easy mods to start with are lighting.
Feel free to ask for help, we love Gen 1 Raptors.

Thanks guys I’m super excited to be apart of the forum.

As of the conditions of the shocks and this fuse 27. What am I looking for to know if the shocks have been rebuilt? What am I looking for on fuse 27?

They say the original fox shocks should be rebuilt at 60k. A couple of good companies do rebuilds that can be found on this forum, basically a shock exchange.
If fuse 27, (goes to fuel pump relay) is still running in Original location with the smaller terminal in the box, it should be easy to tell. There are a few you tube videos on this one. This is a basic installation if you follow the instructions that come with the replacement kit.

Welcome to Gen 1! Fuse 27 is a must to check. Otherwise, drive and enjoy for a while. The mods you want will reveal themselves over time based on your use.

Welcome to the Gen 1 Clan and FRF! Nice looking Raptor, Congrats.

There is one thing that jumps out at me. Does the light in the back, that is shining straight up the tail gate, give your backup camera any problems at night?
