Fair point here, and something not much touched on. But, the F150 may be the only tool you have at hand and this is where I think Ford does a pretty good job and factoring in customer behavior into their final products. The reverse is also true. There are a LOT of super duty buyers who have that as their only ‘trusted’ vehicle and it has to haul farm implements, livestock, deer blinds, and get the family to/from. They’re not cheap and overkill for a lot of work they do, but when you need the super duty cargo handling, you need it.
