GEN 2 Rear Door driver side aligment

I just picked up my new truck and I noticed the driver read door doesn't align perfectly. If you look at the two pictures. The passenger side is perfect and the driver side looks a little off.

Is this normal or am I being a little OCD.

Screw that, tell the dealer to fix it. It's not you! When I picked mine up my drivers side panel gaps were very good, the passenger side was all wonky. The left front hood corner was making actual contact against the fender. I had the dealer correct everything and it was fine. They had it a day. All of that is adjustable by a good body shop.

3/4 of the way down your drivers door looks really tight. Close the door with a dollar bill in the gap and make sure you have at least a little clearance there. If you don't, get it back to the dealer right away before you chip/damage your new paint.

Totally typical Ford build. Not the best attention to detail on the body fitment.

Get them to adjust it. My brother’s last F-150 had the rear bumper 3/4” to one side.
