So is a different gear oil used in the rear end for just the 2014s? My supplement manual says 75w-85 and others on here saying that theirs has 75w-140?

That is what my supplement says also, I think this is what the newer generation Raptors call for. I have not done the fluid change on my Raptor yet but think the 75w-140 is the correct weight. The supplement also says to use 4 oz of friction modifier in the front diff. if equiped with the Torsen limited slip.

Few years back I had my rear diff. rebuilt in my 2014 and used the Amsol gear oil...it has the additive needed in it already...from what I remember, the 75-140 is used for extreme use,if your towing,..but the 75-85 is for normal use....check out their site, they explain it all.
