I don't want to get a back bumper made as of yet for my truck, has anyone done or come across any stock rear bumpers on a raptor that have cut out and put in lights? If so any pics/description of what they used to mount them in the bumper? Just asking cause I'm assuming the ADD ones come with mount tabs welded on like the front ADD stealth bumper.

That looks good but I guess I should of specified I was leaning towards the duallys being put in... Those would probably be more of a pain in the ass though?

A while back, before the flange units were available, there was a thread that showed a truck being wrapped and having the lights installed flush with the bumper. Its here, you just need to find it....

Yeah I'll do some searching, also with the scenario of it being for backing up and what not... Would one prefer a Diffused pattern over Wide/Spot/Flood? I've personally never seen a diffused pattern in action before so I have no idea how they would compare. My 20" and 40" on the front are both Spot/Flood combo and are pretty intense.

There was a good debate at the time about whether the lights might overpower the backup camera.

Diffused is the way to go, imo, as it lights up everything behind you, no matter which mirror or camera you are looking into. The camera does not get washed out by the light either, but there is a few seconds as it compensates for the extra light

Yeah I am going to try out the diffused, just ordered up a set of the flushmount duallys instead of the flushmount D2's. If anyone is curious, I was going to order right from the website but changed my mind since it said something about being at least a month wait so I went with a company here that deals with rigid and they will have them in by thursday.
