RCV Raptor Front Axle Shafts - PM for FRF Pricing!

RCV Raptor Front Axle Shafts are machined for maximum strength and smooth, vibration free movement. They are rated to handle Raptors with serious power upgrades and the abuses of off-road desert racing.

They use RCV's patented puncture and tear resistant SST CV boots, have Chromoly CV cages, and feature race-series Pro4 CV joints for maximum durability and service life.

These axle shafts are currently designed to work with stock front travel Raptors **Bottom or Mid Perch** (Long travel shafts are currently in development.)

Are these first generation or revised? The reason I am asking is several members have had issues being upper mid to top perch and RCV axles splattering grease. RCV said they were working on an upgrade for people higher perch settings, anyword?

Those photos above were taken from when we first started selling them.

All orders now are Gen 2.


Keep in mind that the Gen 3 long travel shafts are still in development so these are still only for standard travel Raptors.

I'm not sure about that one. We've sold a ton of these and **knocking on wood** we've never had any of our customers have that issue. :confused:

so will the gen 3 have a better inner boot attachment instead of a wire tie. that also failed on my set. like to see how the gen 3 look.

Several FRF members have had this issue... Mid perch or 26.5" (measured center of hub to fender) or lower works fine.. Any higher than there is issues with boots/bands splitting...
