Get the Raptor. It will do everything on you list and then some. Most importantly it's unique which is on your list. It sounds like you can more than afford it and you'll never regret going with the Raptor based of your list. However, it's completely possible you'll regret getting the eco-boost.

The Raptor will do absolutely everything you're asking for, in style and turning heads while doing so...like no other truck out there!! :Good or Bad:

wait and get a raptor ecoboost

once i decide to do something, there's no waiting. i'm having battery issues with the exploder, and its getting to the point where reliability could be a factor. i need a car that's completely reliable. thanks for the info guys. gonna call around and see what's out there. then i just need the wife's blessing. once the kids see the truck (6 year old twins and a 4 year old boy) i'm sure they'll love it.

For towing an enclosed trailer with a 4K lb car inside what you realy need is an F250 not a Raptor.

that's what i was worried about. not getting an f250. i toyed with the idea of a diesel, but have no need for it other than towing, and with my luck, the wife would take it one day and put regular gas in it!! i can use my wife's SUV to tow. both tracks are only about 40 minutes away. i used to tow my cars with the exploder on an open trailer---talk about white knuckles.

Like I said before...nobody NEEDS a Raptor. You can't rationalize getting a Raptor. There are truck with more power, trucks with better MPG, trucks that are bigger....but a Raptor is a Raptor. I didn't get one for mpg and comfort and entertainer system. I got one because it's the all around best factory off road vehicle.
