I love my son and wife way too much to be so selfish as to risk exposing them simply to attend RA. At the end of the day, I'll learn how to use the truck without some stuck up organization that thinks they are such hot shit they can ignore the pandemic. I hope they adjust their attitude and allow an extension of the 1-year, then I'll probably attend, otherwise, life goes on.

Oh, and also, I'd have to stay away from work for 14 days if I go out of state.
I think we need to attend together so we can “straighten some things out “.

When I went at the end of May both of us in the truck wore masks. What we didn’t have were sani - wipes, so at the end of the day we kinda figured if one of us had it we both did. That said, nearly everyone in the class drove so exposure was limited. RA also took temps and did social distancing measures. It’s situationally dependent, but if you can get there with minimal risk and don’t have contact with high risk folks I think your personal risk can be mitigated

for the sake of your son and wife you really should quit work and not leave the house. If you don’t then you really are a selfish sob.

both wore masks, that's great. What are my chances that the "other guy" does? I get all the other step they are taking, but social distancing is, well, the biggest step and being in a cab with someone sort of eliminates that possibility. Glad you made it back safe :).

mmm k. look, you do what you want to do, don't be a **** about what I choose to do. I go where i need to go for things i need. I don't need to go to RA.

I get your point, but you’re plenty a **** in the political threads, insulting others without cause.

Interesting. I take it you're generally in favor of wearing a mask and socially distancing from others, unless a free raptor class is involved? Got it.

I definitely respect your call. It’s certainly not a socially distant situation. But it was pretty great. As for the trucks, they didn’t really assign team mates. Everything was loose on that front, so you could pick a partner who is not a ******* in the briefing prior to heading out

Reading is not a strong suit for you. I wore a mask all day. As did my partner. Both of us were local with minimal exposure. No flying. I drove 8 hours to prevent getting on a plane

I will continue to do my part to limit the spread of this and my own exposure. But I’m not hiding in a cave for the next 3 years. It’s about common sense. You can google what that is to learn more about it
