Whether it rubbed through somewhere or you have bad grounds. Most of the codes are a range selector problem or shift solenoid "E". Also intermittent communications problems with the pcm. I would physically check the harness from the pcm to the transmission and look for any damage. Either melted, pinched or rubbed through somewhere.
