i am an AL guy, but times like this i root for the Cards too. Texas i just dont care about.... Detroit... i mean c'mon what do you expect? Milwaukee? again, its a Wisconsin team, not a chance! St. Louis? biggest Cubs rival. Yes Please!

I knew I would get a laugh out of anyone from around here. Oh well there is always next year for any Chicago team.

your forgetting the bigest one carlos zambrano he cant pitch ,cant respect the games,cant handel the fact he sucks like a man throws a 5 yr old sht fit on camera instead of in the tunnel or club house

dont forget Albert Belle back in the day! Zambrano is a ******* lunatic! if his head is on straight, the man can pitch and get guys out, and swing a good stick too..... but its getting him when his head is on straight thats the problem.... and man is he easy to rattle!

i gotta relive a favorite of mine. several years ago during a cubs-sox game. Timo Perez got on base, i think he bunted.... Joe Crede up to bat. Carlos throws over to first.... then another quick throw over to first... and then another... so Timo gets up, takes 3-4 steps off, pulls out his sunflower seeds, gets a nice handful and stands there stuffing his mouth as Carlos is staring him down..... again throw to first and safe again. first pitch finally and Crede deposits it onto Waveland Ave. Carlos then hits the next batter, and proceeds to give up i think 3 or 4 more runs before being yanked in like the 4th.... such a lunatic....
