I thinking about installing it about navigation unit in the little cubby.. I have to see if outlaw gps mount will block the view..

That would certainly give you the best visual placement of the display. Though access for the cut outs is pretty tight.

I don't see why everyone doesn't have some type of radar detector. Around here, city, county, and state governments are really stepping up their speed enforcement to compensate for budget shortfalls. You're always just one distracted moment away from getting nailed with a $300 mandatory contribution to your local ineffecient bureaucracy.

Well, I guess they are making the roadways safer for our families. Yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh right!:flipthebird:

Just got back from a ranch run to NM and the Redline saved me a couple of times. A really cool tool to use and it did work is the "****** Live" application for my phone. Tells and reports of radar on your route... That app saved me once in an instant on trap in Texas near Big Spring.. You have to buy the special power cord that controls the bluetooth interface and communication with the detector but it really does work and is fun to have. I hate tickets...

They are level with road, concealed, and have full view of road..

As far as mounting display, above navigation unit will not work.. Not enough space behind cubby to allow it to fit..

Another vote or the V1, I have a newer one in my truck and I also have a V1 that my dad bought when they first came out. The truth is I would rather have that old one that is now probably close to 20 years old over any of these new escorts or other crap you guys are talking about!!!!

V1 is they only way to go!!!
