I was wandering what is the highest octane fuel you can run in a raptor. 93, 99, 101, 105?
im here in Texas and its not hard to get the 99 or 101.

You can run that stuff but unless you are tuned for it or running more boost then you are wasting money. Google up what octane really does for the combustion process.

Go with the unleaded stuff to ensure long life of cats and oxygen sensors. Althought Ihave had good luck running leaded race gas in other vehicles with no problems.

It would be a waste.

Unless you're tuned or running boost - even if you're tuned - I don't think it would make a difference.

Higher octane helps fight detonation.
