I would not buy a vehicle in this range\cost due to salvage title. If it were less, say $75K or so it might be tempting.

Plus, your cost assessment of the 23s at MSRP are a little off. It's been covered in another thread, you should read it.

A clean, low mileage 23R is in the $12Ok range.
