It's wild seeing the prices some agree to at a dealer but then B.A.T. or other auction places seem to not come close to secondary sellers

The market is definitely cooling over the past 1-2 weeks, but dealers are paying 150k for them at Manheim auction. They must be finding retail buyers willing to buy at crazy prices.
When I agreed to buy at 25k over, everything was selling well above MSRP. By the time I finally took delivery, the market had started to shift. I think those who wait a few more months will end up buying them at MSRP.

Did you end up re-negotiating or did you take delivery at the previously agreed 25k? Mostly curious.

We are a long way from msrp R’s, if ever. I agree the 50k markups will disappear, but you’ll likely never see them below 10k over
