Hello there everyone just had a quick question. I am picking up my 2010 6.2L raptor from NY tomorrow and had one question I have yet to find the answer too. Carfax is clean and it's been in NY it's whole life (little bit in PA). My question is this: the truck has 30k miles on it but the carfax is only updated to 20k. Since it's a 2010 and has the 6.2 decals, is that indicative of aftermarket upgrades or repairs? I am just getting all anxious and all these worries are coming to my head... Just thought i would clear this up with you guys as the seller says the thing is totally clean. My third party inspection gave it a 99/100, but I'm still a tad bit skeptical. Sorry for a confusing post as I'm on my phone.

Thanks!

He probably added the 6.2 badge (which MANY owners have done, that have a 6.2L '10) and the carfax won't be updated neccessarily to the current mileage.

I say you've done yourself a great service by having a third party inspection, and with a rating like that, you probably can't go wrong!

Upload any pictures you have of it. We can help you see if there's aftermarket stuff. The badges are aftermarket, they weren't an option on 2010s, but 11s came standard with it. Many people have added to their 10 6.2's, definitely not something to be worried about.
