Quick Dial (favorite contacts) in SYNC

I recently had to re-add all of my quick dial contacts to SYNC. When I did this they showed up as phone numbers instead of the names (e.g. "Dan home" or "Dan cell", etc.). Is there a way to change the display to name instead of the numbers (some of them are hard to know the difference and who I'm calling)?
