GEN 2 Pulsating noise

Anyone know what this is? No rhyme or reason from what I can tell as far as when it is making it. 2019 Raptor.

I need to check. It shouldn't have been, this was a cold start on a cool night.

Have you been offroading? I had that exact same sound which was due to mud caked on the radiator fans

I have, and got pretty deep in it. I thought I had gotten most of the mud out but I'm realizing there is still some in the engine bay now that I'm looking closer.

How did you end up getting it all cleaned out?

I believe I used the access panel in the skid plate to reach up in there with a brush and a hose.
