Well I got it fixed. It’s driving perfectly now. Talk about a puzzle factory. My left toe and castor needed a little adjustment but that was not it. Radial pull. Because of the size of the tires and swapping winter tires out rom summer tires. It took a few hours but they literally had to swap tires around until it drove straight. It turned out that my left rear tire was out. So they switched tires until it went straight. Hard to believe but that’s what it was. I can understand why some dealerships do not want to do this. It takes time and is a frustrating process. But I kid u not. My truck is an arrow now.
I have the Torsen, and my truck does not pull left or right. The steering feels heavier in 4A or 4H but it does not pull.
There is a lot of torque steer when the front wheels are driven. If there was any crown on the road, that could be causing the truck to pull.
I just bought my 2nd gen 3 days ago and it does the same exact thing as soon as I put it on 4x4 and go over 10mph the steering wheel flies to the left uncontrollablyYeah completely flat ground. I drove in a mall parking lot and the truck would damn near do circles on its own. The harder I accelerate the worse the pull is.
Read up on the forum, lots of good stuff here. You should make a new post introducing yourself before everyone thinks you drive a priusI just bought my 2nd gen 3 days ago and it does the same exact thing as soon as I put it on 4x4 and go over 10mph the steering wheel flies to the left uncontrollably
