Great news. Broken hard parts. You want them fixed right, not necessarily fast. Yeah, there definitely should be an improvement in parts availability, but it sounds like your guy went through this methodically and that’s good.

Great you got your truck back, congrats. Being that they replaced so many parts, umm, which one was the actual culprit?

So, is it still popping in the left front? You might have to take that tire off yourself and have a look, find the problem and then show the tech a picture or even give him a coloring book drawing.

I've been having this exact same issue but haven't taken the truck in yet. My truck doesn't do it all the time and sometimes it's loud pop and jerk and sometimes it's a soft pop and jerk. You can definently feel it in the steering wheel. I just drive the truck in 2H most of the time, but I'm really curious what the field tech discovers
I just purchased my 2018 Raptor back in December. I'm gonna wait a bit before I take it in for this. Trying to enjoy the truck for now.
I'll be following this to see what happens...good luck and hopefully they figure it out.

I’ll let you know what they find. So far the dealership has been very diligent. Service writer could communicate better.

Got the call to pick up my truck. Service writer is terrible at communicating. She informed me that the tech installed a wheel bearing. Repair order says the tech and ford engineer had remove sway bar link and test drive, noise remains. Inspected passenger side iwe, had some wear on it, replaced iwe, test drive, noise remains. Drove with chassis ears and determined that right wheel bearing was making noise, replaced wheel bearing, noise is gone. I’ll be driving a lot this weekend to verify if this in fact fixed. The dealership replace a lot of parts, both front wheel bearings, both iwe, half shaft, transfer case, both front axles, and lots of hardware.
