Since we can't ignore that there are rumors of a v8 Gen 2 Raptor, lets take a poll and see who the winner is among Raptor enthusiasts.

Part of me feels like Ford is gonna have to commit 100% to the 3.5 before the release date. Otherwise they'll have too many people hold off on buying because they're wondering if/when a v8 option will be available.

I don't care how much power it has, how fast it is, how good it rides off road, etc. I am not against V6s and I'm not against FI. But I am against a full-size offroad specific truck with a v6 in it.
