The truck is already his period. Follow The Process---the rest of this is just up to the "goodwill" of Ford. The OP is in no position to demand squat---people quit blowing smoke up his rear. Be nice and voice your concerens in writing always sending the correspondence to Ford. Have posted about this several times. It is a long process.... Been there done that -- had 2 Fords and one MB bought back because of it. Trick is the first notification letter---puts them on notice... Telling them or just taking it in does not cut the mustard... FOLLOW THE EXACT PROCESS OR YOU WILL BE HOSED PERIOD.......
