Update on my transmission leak. Just as I suspected and others mentioned, the leak turned out to be a loose transmission hose. Nothing major and shouldn't be anything for anybody to be worried about.
Just as a disclaimer, my truck went into production on Friday the 13th.

That is nice to know.

Hopefully the temp on the tranny wont creep up.

Just a heads up, I received a DM from another member that appeared to have the same leak I did. Whoever is supposed to be fastening the trans cooler lines at DTP is not tightening them or at least one all the way causing a leak. I know it is only two, but keep an eye out on your trucks for any leak.

Thats the reality. It's a ford, not an aston martin. Mass produced. It ain't special.

Just the same as dodge, toyota, honda, chevy etc

**** happens

just plain old bad luck

Glad you didn't freak out

Glad it wasn't something terrible. When I picked up my 18 F150 XLT I poured Windshield Wiper fluid into the tank and it went straight to the ground. I took it back on principle, hose not connected.
