Customer service emailed me back and said(see pic).[ATTACH=full]290606[/ATTACH]I tried doing the px3 update and simple can update and wouldn’t auto recognize it from the usb. It is formatted fat 32.. I downloaded them from MacBook though. When I get home I am going to download from Microsoft see if that works. Anyone do it using Mac?When I plug the drive in it goes to file explorer and doesn’t launch saying update like the you tube video shows....Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
