My truck is basically a concrete commando and with having a SCREW the mid perch doesnt look any different than stock. Is top perch going to tear stuff up? And should i delete the sway bar for which ever perch setting i go?

If you have a torsen top perch could tear things up in the front.

That is correct.. 2010-2011 have had no issues (that I am aware of) being on top perch. 2012-up with torsen front end will tear up axles if you are on top perch and use 4wd. Yes, there are some exceptions because they are out west and play in the desert and do not use 4wd.

How about the sway bar

Here my official stance on it..
When I was on top perch, eliminating it took care of the harmonics (fighting between passenger and driverside over bumps). It causes more body roll, but at top perch the additional shock preload dampens the body roll.

On low or mid perch there is body roll, and it takes some time to get used too.

The other thing to remember by deleting the sway bar it is considered a safety item. And if you are in an accident, you might be SOL because you removed it..
