^Damn! I'm so sorry that happened to you. I would suggest definitely letting the dog ride shotgun w/ windows down or happily seated in the Bed. Otherwise position those cameras very good.
I know this sounds ****** but truthfully like MajorAR said, I'm not above doing stuff to protect what's mine or to address a wrongdoing in-progress.
This very past Saturday while at the mall to quickly grab a bite to eat, I walk right out only to see a group of kids throwing "small" rocks up at the top level over the ledge of the parking garage. We were all on the ground floor and I had parked on the open top level of the parking garage, the exit doors from the mall so happened to have been fortunately placed here. I at first paused to see why they were smirking when it took me a split second to recognize my truck was what they were "aiming" for with those rocks. So I promptly and without hesitation yelled, "Hey! What the **** do You All think you're doing? Huh?" They immediately stopped, wide-eyed, and ran off.
Yeah, I'm not above yelling at a bunch of ******* little kids who think they're being cute or funny. I believe by their clothes (being the snotty little rich kids they were) and their relative ages, and last I checked 8th Grade does mean being a sentient being and had you been in later high school things wouldn't have been so simple.
