I received my PDP mud flaps from Freedom Motorsports a few weeks back. I found this technique helpful for installing the flaps. Tape the flap where you want it to go . Now to locate the existing fasteners , tap the area on the flap where the existing fastener is with a ball peen hammer lightly . It will leave a mark (slight indentation). Then drill the mudflap and attach it to wheel well. Line up the flap and tap it at the other fasteners . Pull the flap off and drill the marked indentations . Perfect line up of holes. The idea was to minimize the need to drill new holes and keep it neat.
Bob's your uncle your good to go.

yes turn the front wheels as necessary. on the back you need a right angle drill and driver to avoid removing the wheels.

front yes just turn the wheels as said. rear there's no holes to drill, uses factory flare bolts, just needed a right angle screw driver.
