They make you think its special until you fork the money over. Then ****, to them its no different than another F150 work truck. The service department at the dealer I take my truck to is so horribly run that with a 7am appointment they can't guarantee they will LOOK at the vehicle that day!? Loaner? Oh, feel free to cross the street where you will find a car rental place. wait, WHAT? I came from an Infiniti where the worst loaner they could give me (FOR FREE) still had over 300hp and RWD. I couldn't believe it! Here is where things get interesting/better...I am lucky enough to have a Ford Commercial service department at the dealer that does all my service. I stumbled upon it on accident with their phone menu. WOW. NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. It is ran like a proper service department. They do all the Commercial and FRP related tasks for the dealership. The guy that runs the place is easy to talk to, knows what he is talking about and gets things done. I'm not sure how strict all of them are about private/commercial vehicles but its definitely worth a try if you have one near by.
