It is sad how poor service is. We are personal friends with the owners of the dealership and the service still is bad when they are trying hard.


Just yesterday I called 3 times to have my wife's 2012 Explorer looked at, 3 messages to service writer and not one return call. This morning I was fed up and called the owner. While it is now being handled I should not have to call the owner to get a simple warranty item serviced.


Even with my Hummer the dealer bent over backward to provide top drawer service. Mercedes was/is  the same way. It most likely won't help but if enough people raise the point with corporate they may at least acknowledge the issues.


Again we would not have our Raptors now if I had not known someone that was willing to call and put pressure on corporate to change my orders to priority 1. As a couple of members here are still waiting after placing orders in August as I did, I count myself lucky now to have finally received it. However it still irritates me I had to wait till January for the trucks. 5 months for an order is unacceptable.
