Ordering a Raptor Who do I speak With

I was going to try calling around and seeing if any nearby dealerships have any allocation today, but was wondering who I needed to speak with. Who is in charge of ordering at most dealerships?

I've called about 8 dealerships this morning, and the lady always sends me to a sales guy, and he never seems to know anything, but will have their ordering guy get in touch.

OK, finally got in touch with my guy at a dealership we have used numerous times in the past. He said if they do a straight retail order, there will be no ADM charged, and they currently only have 2 retail orders in with Ford, and both are for 37" package with no ETA. They are expecting to get more retail allotment, and may be able to bump one of the 37" orders for a regular 35". I would prefer just to find an in-stock raptor, but it seems everyone within 300 miles of me ordered their stock units with things I absolutely don't want or need like sunroof and what-not.
