Order Priority Number

I'm sure this has been talked about already, but can someone break down order priority numbers for me? I was just asked what mine was and I don't have my paperwork handy, but I'm curious how these numbers work and what they mean.

10's the lowest you can get from a dealer... but there can be multiple 10's at that dealer... so it's not fool proof... Everything below 10 is from Ford. I had a Pri 1 right when I changed my order on a wednesday and got pulled that thursday. But that doesn't always happen from what it looks like.
