Oil Leak (weep) near alternator

I have oil leaking (weeping as ford people say) down engine block, behind alternator, can't find source. Valve cover from above has no signs of weeping. Tried inspection mirror and iPhone on a stick but its too tight in there , between engine block passenger side and alternator. Anybody see this before? 2019 supercab, 74000 miles, full synthetic, oil changes at 6000.

Also that rusty bracket with a QR code sticker really soaks it up..........

That is close to the oil line for your turbo. It may be the filter fitting.
