I run a bunch of Whelen lights and love them. Also have light bars from Rigid and M & R. Definitely agree there is never enough. Well, I think I finally have about enough. Still have to fit in a couple more ambers.

I run two Rayovac D-cell flashlights on custom hood mounts (duct tape) and have been extremely happy!

Really, they are Lightforce Striker 170 50 watt HID's on Outlaw hood mounts. They light it up the night! Check them out. I just wish there was a forum vendor who carries them.

I've liked my Rigid Industries D2s. Set of floods and driving lights. AlternativeOffRoad.com hooked me up and did a great job with customer service during my DIY install. (i don't work for them). They've been great lights during suburban travels. I can't say for lighting the dunes or crazy off roads but then again its only 4 lights.

Whatever you think is great quality and on sale. I have light cannons and D2 flood's. I buy from vendors and in the garage sale only.

Vision X is the only brand I've seen in person and was amazed at the light output.

I can get the Lightforce Strikers.
Do you have these?
And do you have the ones that can go from a wide beam to a spot beam?

Baja Designs my friend. 4 squadrons put out 17,200 lumen, more important then lumen they have the proper optics to put the lights where it should be.

Saw on the BD web site where they claim to have the farthest throw in the industry..... Interesting to say the least. The price of the lights don't bother me but the mounts -- that does not bother me. The mounts look like ass. A light that finished and a 1.99 mount. They need to market the total package.

Would like to try one of them next to the Light Cannon's---would be interesting because I want throw not spill like all of the light bars are without exception. I have HID's for short range.

I've seen plenty if rigids, vision x, BD, and no name cheap Chinese bars. The ATV guys run them as they do night riding quite often. In 10-20" sized bars.

All I have on my truck right now is visionx 4500's
