Cleave maybe you should wait to see the posted schedule for these "meet-ups" Try posting it up 2 maybe 3 weeks prior

If they hadn't rescheduled half of the races for the year there wouldn't be any problems

So the plan is we're going to get into the park around 4 A.M. and not allow vorra to conduct their races on Sunday by running our trucks on the track all day, everyone make sure you show up with a full tank of gas

So this run is getting canceled, I'll take everyone off the lists of who's coming and we're gonna start over, reschedule for April 20th now, hopefully vorra actually has their shit together and won't reschedule again to take over that date too, I'm sorry for you guys having to go through the reschedules this year, next year I'll try to make sure this doesn't happen again
