O2 sensor spinns but wont come out!

Hi everyone, I am in need of any ideas to try. I was swapping out this 02 sensor, It was very stuck, did all the normal hacks (heat, PB Blast, working it back and forth). It eventually started to spin by hand however it is not backing out of the ****.

Any Ideas of now to get this thing out?

I am assuming its threads are destroyed, and will need to rethread it.

Best thing to do is go to a muffler shop and get a new **** welded on, and get them to weld up the hole in your pipe, if you don't have the capabilities yourself. I had to get that done.

Uggh, I was hoping to not have to go that far, but you may (are probably) right.

They won't charge much, my exhaust is stainless steel and I think they charged me $65 and swapped out my O2 sensor for me. (not including the sensor, I got that from Ford already).

It might be easier to fallow the wires and find where the O2 sensor plugs in. Disconnect it there and take that section of exhaust off the truck so you can work on it.
