Running a Gearhead 93 octane performance tune I typically just leave it in normal mode unless I’m doing something specific off-road or there’s really bad snow/sleet on-road.
When truck was stock I’d run it in sport mode, TC off, 4A ….but once tuned don’t really need the more aggressive mapping/shifting of sport mode & the hanging gears/harder shifts are more annoying for DD, I’ll occasionally put it in sport for a highway on-ramp sprint, but not really sure it actually results in quicker acceleration (tuned)
To be honest the one mode I’ll throw it in if I’m gonna really be hammering on it would be Baja in 2H for the street, but it’s extremely aggressive in all aspects lol- I actually think it changes the exhaust note too somehow, almost like the back pressure in the exhaust is altered from holding the revs higher or something but I’ll get pops & crackles on shifts w/ Baja mode
