Well I'm just letting you know, it matches the exact same seat build and stitching pattern of a Harley. Who knows, maybe you have a one off. I doubt it though.

Question, not trying to be rude, but it is funny, Is your so called friend, Over weight, Large guy, if so that could explain the seat being replaced.

im pretty sure its been replaced as I don't think it would have left ford that way either. I hate to think he wouldn't just tell me the truth, I had already paid for the truck lol. Additionally he doesn't strike me as the type that would just throw a regular seat in it if there was a problem. He would have probably taken it to the dealer and had it replaced.

Just no way to know for sure unfortunately.

nobody who owns a raptor would miss that, not even you, lol. And the previous owner knows, without a doubt!

So neither the seat bottom nor seat back have the mesh? Looks like a raptor seat with the wrong upholstery

And it definitely has the wear of a 40k seat, my guess is it was at a less reputable dealer when it was new, the upholstery was damaged and they slapped a new cover on it from whatever they had in stock to get it back out on the lot, the seat bottom isn't bolstered to the point of not being able to stretch a non-raptor cover over it

I'd keep it. You probably have the only one in whole wide world with that special seat. Think what that's gonna be worth someday.......

This truck never sat on a lot, it was special ordered by the guy I bought it from. I went to dealer where it was bought and serviced. No record of the seat repair, replacement.
