My mechanic said they traced it to a faulty 'smart junction box' which cost me $292 to purchase and install. Then, evidently, they had to reprogram everything which, after it was all said and done, cost me another $150.

First major issue I have had over the 91k miles on the truck!

That's the same box we are talking about. Maybe I called it the wrong name or it has 2 but yea had to do the same thing. glad its fixed.
